CMR is a unique alliance of civilian, active duty and retired military people in all 50 states, and is the only organization that concentrates on military personnel issues full-time. To continue our work, CMR depends on contributions from individual members like you. A direct contribution of $25.00 or more entitles you to: Receive CMR publications for one calendar year, by regular mail or email. Receive email notices of CMR news releases and notices. Have full access to the Members-Only CMR Notes "archives" section of the cmrlink.org website. Receive a tax deduction on your federal tax return. Information of Interest to CMR Members and Contributors: CMR is registered with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a 501(c)(3) educational institution. Our Employer Tax ID Number is 38-3043093. Tax -deductible contributions do not involve payment for goods or services. Please see your tax advisor for information on tax advantages for contributions of stock certificates, employer matching-fund plans, charitable foundation bequests, or estate planning. Those who prefer to contribute to CMR in response to direct mail solicitations are advised that the Center for Military Readiness is registered with and annually submits financial information to individual states that have such requirements.
