CMR Hails Commander-in-Chief-Elect Donald J. Trump

“The election of Donald J. Trump as President of the United States will give new hope to active-duty and retired military personnel and their families. In recent years, our military has been weakened like a shaky tower of Jenga blocks ˗ stretched out and made vulnerable due to resources taken away and burdens of social engineering loaded on.

“During his campaign, Mr. Trump pledged that if elected president, he would seek the advice of uniformed military advisors. He also made it clear that he will restore sound priorities with new orders that put the needs of our military ˗ and national security ˗ first.

“The 2016 Democratic National Platform promoted military “diversity” as a paramount national defense goal. In contrast, the Republicans declared, ‘We are the party of peace through strength.’ (Emphasis added throughout, references from pages 41 thru 54)
