Thank you for signing up to receive
CMR E-Notes, and for your interest in the
Center for Military Readiness. CMR is an independent, non-partisan, public policy organization, founded in 1993, which reports on and analyzes military/social issues. More information about CMR, celebrating its
30th Anniversary in 2023, is posted here.
CMR’s mission exists at the intersection of
national defense and
social issues, and our supporters include retired and active-duty military and civilians who care about our men and women who serve in the
All-Volunteer Force.
Our volunteer Board of Advisors and additional experts from all branches of the service have assisted CMR in putting the spotlight on military/social issues and advocating for
high standards and
sound priorities.
We hope that you will enjoy the many original articles and
CMR Policy Analyses posted on this website, plus
Breaking News and Commentaries written by others who share our concerns.
We would also like to hear from you! If you have personal opinions or experiences with policies that are undermining morale, discipline, and readiness in our military, please send us a note using the form below.
Active-duty personnel concerned about confidentiality also can reach CMR by clicking on
Confidential Contact. Many on active duty know that the Department of Defense, often due to restrictive non-disclosure mandates, has been less than candid about the consequences of
wokeness in our military.
Some problems are too obvious to ignore, however. Issues and problems that CMR predicted years ago are appearing in the news every day.
You can help by letting us know of problems that members of Congress can investigate and challenge, and by spreading the word to friends, family, and colleagues that the Center for
Military Readiness is on the job in this unique field of public policy.
Thank you again for supporting the troops and the best interests of men and women in the military -- the only one we have.
President, Center for Military Readiness
